Reactions at Injection Site: If you notice swelling, redness, warmth, or itch, please inform the nurse at your next visit. Your dose may be adjusted.
Emergency Situations: For shortness of breath, chest or throat tightness (signs of anaphylaxis), use your EpiPen and call 911 immediately. This is rare, but it’s important to know what to do.
Questions: Contact our allergy nurse for any questions about your allergies or injections.

Children 15 and under must be accompanied by a parent or adult.
Children 16–17 may come alone only if parental consent is on file.
